We have a better idea now of what repairs will cost and what the insurance is willing to pay. There is unfortunately a sizable gap between those two numbers that will require the use of church funds. It is necessary that we inform you of the details and seek approval of the expenditure of these funds. Therefore, we are calling a special business meeting for Wednesday night, March 24, at 6:00 in the fellowship hall. Chairs are not in the hall so bring a fold up chair if you need one. Mike Crow, Rick Mullens, Cindy Whitmarsh, Bill Whitmarsh, and I met with the contractor and we believe we need to meet as a church before moving ahead.
